**What you will be doing:**

* Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service

* Create a welcoming environment for all guests and fellow colleagues

* Efficiently and accurately make all requested cocktail beverages

* Have knowledge of wine & cocktails offered, keeping up with all bar menu changes

* Bar set up, tear down, clean up and preparation of garnishes and mixes

* Follow all cash handling responsibilities and procedures

* Provide responsible service of alcohol

* Assist guests with questions or concerns

* Review daily reports, VIPs and groups in house to prepare for service

* Other duties as assigned

**Your experience and skills include:**

* Minimum of one (1) year of experience required in a fast-paced, high-end bar or luxury property, and/or substantial food and beverage experience in a high volume bartending capacity

* Ramp and Mixology Certifications an asset

* Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale system an asset

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly responsible and reliable

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, while working cohesively as part of a team

* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

* Must be available for evenings and weekends

**Your team and working environment:**

* Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to:

* Constant standing and walking throughout shift

* Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

* Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and reaching

* Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

**Visa Requirements**: Must have proof of valid U.S. work authorization.
