Job Summary
Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, trends, and opportunities. This position is in the finance group that supports construction activities for the Florida region. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Approves transactions, evaluates opportunities, and makes recommendations regarding project progress and future business opportunities.
  • Independently analyzes variances against the budget or forecast and proactively reviews underlying data trends and business drivers. Presents findings to Management teams.
  • Crafts a data backed forecast with explanations of drivers to justify the figures and findings. Identifies opportunities to simplify and optimize tools to support forecasting.
  • Demonstrates ability to story tell with data, ability to explain trends, patterns, and forecasts in clear and concise ways to peer and Management teams.
  • Performs analysis of specific projects and trends, as requested.
  • Delivers documented process improvements over time to optimize time spent to successfully deliver desired outcomes and efficiencies across multiple teams.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Skills Needed: Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables required, SQL, Tableau, Salesforce
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
