Job Description: We are looking for an Micro Fabrication Process Development Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about problem-solving and direct customer interaction. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver customized, innovative solutions that drive their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand and analyze their technical and business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and optimize solutions that address customer challenges and enhance their operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technologies into customer applications.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies and methodologies to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related field experience especially in semiconductor or microfabrication processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of tackling complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
