Join us in a drug, smoke, and alcohol-free environment where excellence is our standard.General Job Description:As a Die Cutter, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Operating various die cutting machines, you will cut chipboard and filter media to our high-quality standards. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety, you will ensure efficient machine operation while maintaining our rigorous quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Load and operate die cutting machines, adhering to job instructions and specifications.- Monitor machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions, taking corrective action when necessary.- Maintain accurate production records and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.- Keep work station clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required to support production goals.Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent.- 1-2 years of Die Cutting experience preferred.- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand job instructions.- Capacity to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Benefits:- Health insurance offered after 90 days, with 50% employer contribution.- Dental, vision, and Voluntary Life Insurance available, with 100% employee coverage.- Participation in 401k plan with employer match.Join our team and be part of a company committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
