General Job Description:
As a Die Cutter, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Operating various die cutting machines, you will cut chipboard and filter media to our high-quality standards. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety, you will ensure efficient machine operation while maintaining our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and operate die cutting machines, adhering to job instructions and specifications.Monitor machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions, taking corrective action when necessary.Maintain accurate production records and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.Keep work station clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.Perform other miscellaneous duties as required to support production goals.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of Die Cutting experience preferred.Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand job instructions.Capacity to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Benefits:Health insurance offered after 90 days, with 50% employer contribution.Dental, vision, and Voluntary Life Insurance available, with 100% employee coverage.Participation in 401k plan with employer match.Join our team and be part of a company committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
