We’re hiring for a

PCS- Family Office Manager

for our

East Hanover

office. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

Review of general bookkeeping for individuals, trusts, investment entities, family partnerships, operating companies and foundations without supervision.

Review of monthly and quarterly financial statements including client reporting packages and ad-hoc reports. Familiarity with both cash basis and accrual basis financial reporting

Has basic knowledge of alternative investment accounting and ability to record contributions, distributions, K-1 income etc.

Ability to reconcile/record capital statement activity

Review of bill pay and related documentation. Assist and guide staff in the interaction with vendors and client as necessary when discrepancies arise.

Monitors that tasks are assigned and completed on a timely basis and reviews workflow by working directly with the staff and seniors

Manages multiple assignments inside an engagement

Communicates with Partner on work status and client issues that arise

Leads small to medium sized engagements with finalized document and report requiring minimal change upon review

Provide quality client service while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality

Supervise, train and mentor staff

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

5+ years’ of relevant work and industry experience

Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills

Able to work independently and also work well with others

Able to multi-task and prioritize deliverables to meet competing deadlines
