· Provide timely and accurate monthly financial statements and financial analysis for the company and its subordinate organizations

· Assist in the month-end close and financial statement preparation and analysis

· Prepare daily cash account reconciliations for all entities

· Assist in the preparation of monthly journal entries, including reviewing, adjusting and closing journal entries and month-end accruals

· Review balance sheet reconciliations

· Reconcile the general ledger with subsidiary management information systems

· Assist in preparation of budgets and provide ongoing review and analysis

· Responsible for auditing and posting revenues

· Prepare and complete financial projects as necessary

· Participate in special projects as requested by leadership.

· Prepares analysis to support management initiatives and audit requests.

· Participates in system process and development projects

· Provides support to the Accounting Manager by assisting other functions within the group as needed.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):

· BA in Accounting or related field of study required

· 3+ year experience in GL Accounting

· High proficiency in MS Excel

· Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting, planning and economics.

· Extremely detailed oriented.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Self-motivated and comfortable multi-tasking in a work environment with deadlines; adaptable to change.

· Excellent Reconciliation and Analytical Skills with great decision analysis.
