ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As aStaff Accountant, you will perform all account research, reconciliations, and journal entries for title and registration pass-through accounting processes. Participates in ongoing reconciliation and updates to help maintain the pass-through aging.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: Based on experience

What you will be doing:

  • Match ACH entries, checks, and credit card transactions to reconcile pass-through bank transactions.
  • Provide support and research in the pass-through reconciliation process.
  • Perform month-end bank reconciliations.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • One to three years of experience as a Staff Accountant preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, strong Excel, and other general office equipment.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP).
  • Ability to proactively research and resolve problems.
  • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Personal responsibility to manage change.
