Were looking for a driven leader with an inclusive mindset to join our team as Associate Director, Human Resources (CB2).The Associate Director of Human Resources (CB2) leverages deep HR expertise to effectively consult on a broad range of priorities, including workforce strategy, organization effectiveness and associate experience and safety. This individual will collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver talent strategies that attract, reward, develop and retain our greatest asset - our people. They will assume a leadership role in developing a positive company culture that drives engagement and business results. We are looking for a true generalist - both strategic and transactional. This role operates as a valued partner to Corporate and Field business leadership.A day in the life of the Associate Director, Human Resources (CB2)...Lead Talent initiatives, including the development/ maintenance of processes around performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and recognitionCollaborate with HR Leadership to develop and lead HR related processes and metrics that address associate needsLead comprehensive Change Management strategies/ initiativesConduct and oversee associate relations investigations, including interviews, documentation and follow up, leading to appropriate outcomesChampion and role model a culture of inclusion, fostering a safe space for differencesWhat youll bring to the tableDemonstrated ability to build relationships, coach, facilitate, inspire, influence, and motivate while gaining buy-in and driving resultsAbility to be a change agent and influence teams to shift quickly as our business evolvesAbility to take initiative, manage multiple projects/priorities, while delivering resultsPassion for developing Talent at all levelsKnowledge of relevant human resources-related laws and regulations and the ability to conduct or assist with investigations, maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive informationExceptional communication/ interpersonal skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skillsWe'd love to hear from you if you haveAbility to work 4 days/week at the CB2 Corporate Office (1315 N Branch St, Chicago) and travel to CB2 stores as needed8+ years of progressive experience in Human ResourcesBachelors degree or equivalent experience; Masters degree and/or professional certifications preferredMulti-unit/site experience in retail is strongly preferredHRIS experience; Workday experience is a plusProgressive Human Resources management experience and passion for a customer service driven business#J-18808-Ljbffr
