Overview of the role: Accountant/Bookkeeper

  • Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts payable and receivables between multiple entities.
  • Generating and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports as necessary.
  • Process AP/AR, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Creating and executing budgets
  • Preparation of quarterly, bi-annual, and year-end financials.
  • Oversight of financial audits.

Preferred Qualifications: Accountant/Bookkeeper

  • Understanding of accounting practices and principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail as well as communication skills, both written and verbal
