Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study or equivalent work experience (4-6 years). Minimum 8 years of Manufacturing or Engineering experience required . Minimum of 4 years of experience directly working with customers in a project managing capacity Experience in NPI/NPD processes, required. Excellent computer literacy (MS suite) and working knowledge of project management (MS project) and Design (Solid works) software. Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. Experience in motor design or manufacturing preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to read and follow prints, work instructions and other manufacturing documentation. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification or other specialized certification preferred. Experience of AS9100 quality and business standards preferred.
