Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with additional oversight in Accounting, serving as a key pillar in our financial operations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement long-term financial strategies.
  • Drive capital planning, forecasting, and market planning initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, with a focus on EBITA growth and margin expansion.
  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Controller and Division Accountant to review and validate transactions.
  • Take responsibility for the monthly financial close process, ensuring books are accurate and reconciled.
  • Apply a deep understanding of debits and credits to analyze profit and loss statements.
  • Develop and implement effective finance strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Manage a team of direct reports, including an Assistant Controller and Division Accountant.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to foster professional development within the team.

Requirements Experience:

  • 5-10 years of combined experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, showcasing the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Proven experience in handling budgets of similar size, approximately $50 million.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a track record of stability and tenure at previous employers.
  • Demonstrated commitment and loyalty to a company.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
