Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Patient Experience Liaison at Overlook Medical Center for the Greeters/Screeners Department. Required hours vary: Primarily weekends with other shifts during the week, as coverage is needed.

Essential Functions

+ Greeting and assisting patients, families, and visitors at our busy entrances and in family waiting areas located throughout the facility.

+ Must be able to manage multiple inquiries in a calm and professional manner.

+ Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Able to multitask and be flexible with facilitating inquiries for patients, visitors, and family members.

+ Good communication skills.

+ Other duties as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.

+ High School Diploma or GED required or will obtain within 2 years of employment.

Relevant Experience:

+ 1-3 years' experience in customer service is strongly preferred.

+ Experience and interest in health-care field is preferred.
