****Primary Responsibilities:****

**Serves as the main receptionist for the company and answers calls from the main switchboard. Provides courteous and efficient service to all callers, clients and visitors.**
* Provides administrative support to Primacy and CityGate Flex clients, acting as an extension of their business, which includes typing, filing, faxing and copying.
* Handles any special projects for Primacy or CityGate Flex clients or the department.
* Provides a high level of customer service to all clients and responds to their requests in a timely manner.
* Performs data entry into the Calamos systems and maintains client records and updates systems as needed.
* Assists supervisory personnel completing weekly reports.
* Maintains office center to be show ready at all times by ensuring the caf, conference rooms, and common areas are clean and well stocked at all times.
* Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
* Handles related duties as assigned.

**High school diploma required; some college helpful.**
* At least two years experience in an office environment, ability to operate basic office equipment.
* Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional, flexible and calm in a high pressure environment.
* Must be a team player who is willing to take on various projects to help the department and clients.
* PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with good typing skills.
