Provides training and mentorship for project and technical personnel. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering, or related field required. Professional Engineer licensure is preferred, with an emphasis on construction, geotechnical, or structural engineering. At a minimum, the candidate will hold an Engineer-in-Training certificate with potential to become a licensed Professional Engineer in 6 months preferred. Four or more years of progressive engineering and engineering supervisory experience, in a related industry (i.e., heavy civil, industrial, utilities, power generation) required.
