Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our client's team in a fast-paced environment. As an Audit Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with financial audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to clients. You will work closely with a team of professionals to perform audit procedures, analyze financial data, and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial audits and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems
  • Perform testing of financial transactions and account balances
  • Analyze financial statements and identify potential risks and issues
  • Prepare detailed audit workpapers and reports
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients
  • Stay updated with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or public accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in auditing or accounting is preferred
  • CPA Preferred/CIA
