Join our team today As a Community Life Director, you will ensure the development, organization, and coordination of facility and community resources to provide comprehensive Wellness/Recreation/Activity Services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Your role will include providing an ongoing program of community life activities designed to encompass the Physical, Social, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, Vocational, and Environmental well-being of each tenant. Duties include: Providing a Community Life program daily, including evenings and weekends. Purchasing and maintaining equipment and supplies and ensuring their accessibility through organized storage. Conducting, attending, and participating in orientation, training, in-service education activities, and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance. Communicating programs and developing positive relations with tenants, family, and volunteers. Training and motivating others while acting as a role model and mentor. Fostering Family and Community support through the Community Program, including newsletters, networking, and activities that bring family members and community members into the building. Contributing to community efforts to maintain and/or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in care conferences, QAPI, and department head meetings. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Professional experience in healthcare of at least 2 years. Benefits: Annual reviews with wage increases.
