Peloton has a unique opportunity for experienced Consultants to play a hands on role in a high growth practice area.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will lead and work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendationsRecommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plansGathering and analyzing business requirementsAligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solutionDefining new and refining existing business processesContributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual propertyHands-on configuration of the solution with the ability to support junior team membersRequired Experience & SkillsQualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree2 to 3 years of implementation experience in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud with specific experience as a Solution Architect with Supply Chain Planning (Demand Management & Supply Planning) and Plan-to-Produce business process knowledge1 to 2 years of experience in implementing Supply Chain Planning Cloud (Demand Management & Supply Planning)Fit with Peloton culture and company values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, “can-do” attitude, and speaking your ideasEnthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven, with the desire to learn our businessExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across multiple initiativeAdditional Desired SkillsExperience in overall Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain Management support or implementationCertifications in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud – Planning or other.Experience leading solution workshops, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Plan-to-Produce track and mentoring junior staffCompensation:Competitive base salaryMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance401K with supporting company matchFlexible SpendingTechnical and business skills trainingPerformance bonusPaid holidays and vacation daysPeloton Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
