Come join the vibeSummary DescriptionThe PR, Social & Content Senior Account Executive is an integral position within the agency. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of full-time experience, can be a coach and player on media relations and has a true passion for writing. They will assist with the development of public relations and content plans and the execution of those campaigns and projects. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Duties/ResponsibilitiesSeamlessly support media relations campaigns at any stage of the process, from outlet/reporter identification to material creation and follow-upBuild media relations strategies and share new ideas to leverage clients in the mediaIdeate and write content in a variety of formats, often in collaboration with an art director or other team membersDemonstrate skill and confidence in interviewing senior subject matter experts, mining for insights that fuel content piecesDemonstrate the ability to translate complex subject matter into simple and compelling storiesDevelop influencer marketing strategies and manage day-to-day executionLead the planning and execution of events Understand client marketing communications strategy and apply this understanding to client planning and executionContribute to the development and execution of strategic PR and content marketing plansStay up to date on new touchpoints, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them so the agency can make informed recommendations to clientsCollaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associatesJob QualificationsThe successful candidate should possess five to seven years of relevant experienceWriting and content creation must be a passionComfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressureMust be a tenacious problem-solver, driven to restrategize approach if necessary to deliver resultsThe ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophyAbility to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotionExcellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skillsExperience in writing for complex subject matter and industriesThis position is a hybrid position.
