The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes buyer and team member. What You Will Do Each Day In This Role: • Project Management: Oversee assigned marketing-related projects from start to completion. • Content Creation/Collateral: Assist with the creative development of social media content, blog creation, and overall marketing collateral needs. • Campaign Management: Create and curate monthly, annual and non-regular campaigns to increase awareness for sales • Reporting: Position is charged with updating a variety of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. • Communication: Ensure marketing-related information flows throughout the organization in an accurate and consistent manner. • Assist with Events/Promotions: Assist with set-up, take down and staffing of events, community and internal company events, and the coordination of internal/external promotions. • Copywriting and Editing: Write copy for various projects including department correspondence, newsletters and advertorials as appropriate. • Market Research: Assist with research and preparation of market studies. • Supply Management/Vendor Relations: Responsible for ordering marketing supplies and collateral as well as inventory management. • Perform various marketing duties in support of the marketing function including: photocopying of materials, assembling and mailing/distributing marketing packets, filing, and running errands for dept. as appropriate • May attend shows or events as a representative of the company Required Core Competencies: Active Communications : Effective performers recognize the essential value of continuous information exchange and the competitive advantage it brings. Base Salary Range $50,000 to $60,000 plus auto allowance and annual bonus opportunity.
