Position Description:

Performs patient qualifications and/or pre-consultations by providing education and information on the multitude of programs offered. Responsible for follow-up on all leads, setting patient appointments, and updating the CRM, ensuring a final disposition is made on each potential patient inquiry. Proficient in all OMWL Prescription and non-Prescription patient programs. Uses communication skills and sales techniques to schedule consultations, creating urgency, and maintain KPIs relevant to the role. Follows the standards set forth by OMWL for lead management to maximize revenue results. Is flexible, schedule will require evening and weekend hours. Adheres to all HIPAA and OSHA protocols. Performs other related duties as assigned to benefit the mission of the organization and success of Patient Service team. Develops and supports all clinics on their rebooking efforts and retention strategies regarding patient loyalty and outcomes. Works other calls assignments. SPR Competencies:

Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team. Ability to work calmly and efficiently, in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay on task to complete a set of daily goals. Proficient computer skillset required. Required Education/Experience: Call Center Experience Required High School Diploma or equivalent. One year+ in sales, customer service or call center environment. Ability to build rapport quickly with inbound and outbound customers, both internal and external. Self-motivated, driven, goal-oriented, and confident with the ability to work independently and in a team. Individual must be extremely tech-savvy and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience using a contact tracking system CRM/EMR (preferred). Experience within the weight loss, nutrition, fitness, medical, spa, or related industry (preferred). Experience with setting and reaching quotas (preferred). Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and may be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
