GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE:* Interacting with clientele in person, via phone, text or email to assist them with their needs*Becoming a product expert regarding everything Jaguar & Land Rover; helping to educate our guests about the brand and representing our company values appropriately is a requirement *Executing a complete and thorough delivery (as well as re-delivery) after the point of sale to ensure client satisfaction* Completing all assigned tasks (phone calls, texts, emails etc..) daily*Scheduling appointments and handling customer concerns while maintaining a highly professional and positive attitude* Working closely with all team members in other departments and within the organization.* Assisting in merchandizing the dealership daily* Entering complete data in the CRM for all guests and scheduling future follow up, in order to best serve our clienteleRequirementsREQUIREMENTS / DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Strong work ethic* Positive Attitude* Well-mannered and presentable* Desire for long term growthBENEFITS:*Competitive compensation*Medical benefits*401k w/profit sharing*Vacation*Rewarding and enjoyable work environmentThe Sales Associate Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
