Job Title Office Aide Job Purpose The Part?Time Student Worker provides administrative and operational support to the office, contributing to day?to?day functions while gaining valuable professional experience. This position is ideal for a reliable, detail?oriented student who is interested in developing workplace skills in a supportive, team?based environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Provide front?desk and general office support, including greeting visitors and responding to inquiries Work on website updates, primarily the College of Education directory Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and document organization Support office communications (email, phone, and basic correspondence) Help prepare materials for meetings, events, or projects Maintain organization of shared spaces, supplies, and records Assist staff and faculty with special projects as assigned Perform light cleaning duties such as maintaining the main office or boardroom before and after meetings and events Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled as a student with good academic standing Strong organizational and time?management skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor Desired Qualifications Prior office, customer service, or administrative experience Sophomore or Junior enrolled in the College of Education Experience working in a higher education or professional setting Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, or scheduling tools Required Application Materials Cover letter Resume or C.V. Work Location On?campus. This position requires the successful candidate to be available to work on campus.
