Responsibilities Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and financial reports. Prepare financial reports. Develop financial projections & perform financial forecasting to support business planning. Assist with monthly close processes. Execution of internal controls to comply with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). Provide support for month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting closes, including assisting in the Company’s intercompany reconciliation process as well as preparation of various Corporate Holding Companies. Perform research and analysis as required. Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, including lease accounting; company policies; and relevant legal regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field. GAAP Reporting experience required. Ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with statutory accounting principles preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
