Security AD Hygiene Analyst

CornerStone TTS is seeking a Security AD Hygiene Analyst for a long-term, full-time remote position. Join our team in advancing our access administration practices and enhancing processes and procedures supporting automated access administration, single sign-on (SSO), directory services, technical integrations, and behavioral analytics.
In this role, you will actively contribute to our IAM Program, identifying and managing internal and external IAM risks and opportunities for improvement. Help us build a solid understanding of the importance and benefits of IAM to securely maintain and track access within our client's environment. Serve as a proactive corporate citizen, adhering to the latest security practices in access administration.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Active Directory hygiene efforts and access reconciliation.
- Design new processes to enhance access administration.
- Manage access administration in Active Directory with on-premise and cloud-based applications.
- Support and follow IAM (Identity and Access Management) principles.
- Collaborate with the User Access Certification & Governance team when necessary, including providing audit evidence.
- Reconcile and assess the quality of access administration tasks completed by the team.
- Facilitate collaboration and lead multi-functional teams to drive projects to completion.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for defect fixes, enhancements, and critical initiatives.
- Provide IAM process guidance and requirements, create IAM solutions, collaborate with business partners and engineers, and create roles for application onboarding.
- Inventory user access administration documentation and assist in creating process documentation to manage access administration processes.
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience Required:
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory User Accounts, Organization Units, Group Membership, Nested Groups, and Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Ability to influence others and engage in difficult conversations to maintain process and audit requirements.
- Experience in end-user interaction in developing, documenting, and implementing business roles and procedures.
- Ability to identify issues, risks, and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, engage others for support, and align or realign resolution responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
