Do you enjoy … ensuring strategies are executed?**Monday through Thursday - 6p-4a**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES IMPROVE WORKFLOW TO DRIVE RESULTSManage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisorsDevelop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrityAlign with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient serviceEnsure dynamic staffing to meet company goalsEVALUATE PERFORMANCE INDICATORS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE MERCHANDISE PROCESSINGEffectively manage staff to meet UPH and CPU goalsEnsure performance best practices by monitoring safety and accident incident reports to reduce lost timeEvaluate and track level of service and accuracy standardsLEAD HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY AND ASSOCIATE ENGAGEMENTLeads direct reports to achieve unit goals in accordance with Kohl's policies and practicesIncrease associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear visionMaintaining open communication by setting clear objectives and removing barriersDevelop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedbackQUALIFICATIONSPrior experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environmentWorking knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systemsBachelor’s or advanced degreeStrong interpersonal communications skillsWorking knowledge of Radio Frequency technology, Windows and Microsoft OfficeFlexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations
