Qualified candidates would have the following: 3+ experience in Information Technology, including multiple IT disciplines (such as Systems Engineer, Operations, Change Management, Software Development, and Disaster Recovery/redundancy). 3 to 5 + years' experience and progressive responsibility in developing, implementing, planning of alternate business/ system strategies, coordinating, planning, and managing IT recovery plans for worst-case scenarios, system recovery/resiliency testing, including program governance with oversight of integration with business processing. 1-3 years' experience in Catastrophe Preparation/Response activities in IT and across the enterprise, coordinating with cross functional business processes and a focus on property and casualty insurance. Education High School Diploma / GED Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years relevant experience, OR a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 3 years Required: Advanced knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Professional Practices/Industry guidelines.
