Plan and execute large-scale migrations of systems from private infrastructure to public cloud platforms (especially Azure) Spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Microsoft Azure and Windows infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business needs. Possess extensive experience with Azure services, including VMs, networking, storage, security, and automation tools. Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration. Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and services in our private vSphere infrastructure and in customer Microsoft Azure tenants. Support applications that run on Windows Server operating systems Define and implement infrastructure best practices, adhering to security and compliance regulations. Proactively identify and address infrastructure challenges, developing and implementing solutions for optimal performance and scalability. Stay current with the latest advancements in Microsoft Azure and Windows technologies, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation. Work with monitoring tools; manage access and permissions; script and automate where possible. Partner with other IT teams (e.g., network, security) to ensure seamless integration and collaboration. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, delivering projects on time and within budget. Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Windows infrastructure environments. Proven track record of leading and motivating a team in achieving organizational goals. Strong understanding of Azure core services, including VMs, networking, storage, security, and automation tools. In-depth expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player. Passion for staying updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and trends.
