De la mano de un profundo conocimiento del sector y rodeados de un equipo enfocado a la innovacin y la excelencia tcnica, naci MAT Mirai ALM Tool que es una solucin nativa en cloud para la gestin de riesgos financieros, concretamente del riesgo estructural de balance o ALM.

Actualmente MAT est implantado y en pleno rendimiento en diferentes clientes a nivel nacional e internacional, y nos encontramos en fase de expansin.

Somos un equipo multidisciplinar especializado tanto en el sector financiero como en todas las capas de un producto digital [diseo, front-end, back-end, data science, big data e infraestructura]. Si algo nos caracteriza como equipo, es la orientacin a la calidad y la mejora continua, por eso MAT est en constante desarrollo adaptndolo y actualizndolo a las ltimas tecnologas, as como desarrollando mltiples funcionalidades para dar un servicio cada vez ms especializado y de mayor calidad a cada uno de nuestros clientes.

+6 aos de experiencia en rol similar.

Experiencia previa trabajando con metodologas giles (SCRUM, Kanban).

Background tecnolgico y centrado en producto.

Scrum Master / Product Owner valorable.

Nivel alto de ingls.

* Trabajar de forma gil siguiendo un marco de SCRUM y tener la capacidad de aportar valor a los proyectos, resolviendo problemas y riesgos de manera colaborativa.

* Fomentar la autoorganizacin, liderando y empoderando a los diferentes equipos que trabajan en partes conectadas de un producto transversal, coordinando el trabajo de stos con los respectivos heads de cada rea.

* Coordinar la entrega entre los equipos con calidad y en tiempo adecuado, reduciendo el time to market.

* Promover la mejora continua en los procesos y proyectos.

* Coordinar con cada rea el diseo de la solucin de sus equipos para garantizar la coherencia y expectativas de producto, roadmap, etc..

* Gestionar los requisitos y definicin de OKRs para las diferentes reas de producto, con el fin de analizar mtricas para medir el xito de sus componentes.

* Ayudar a la planificacin de tareas del equipo, gestionando y reduciendo las dependencias entre los equipos y comunicacin constante con stakeholders.

* Trabajar con el CTO, CPO y lderes tcnicos para mejorar best practices facilitando los procesos con previsibilidad y mtricas.

* Documentar y comunicar los objetivos de forma clara y completa a las partes interesadas; tcnicas y no tcnicas.

* Capacitar al equipo mediante talleres y actividades para mejorar la productividad y el aprendizaje.
