As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be a friendly face and efficient organizer of our HR department. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our HR office remains a valuable resource for our community, handling inquiries with professionalism, and improving our internal processes. • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Recruiting Support: Manage the administrative functions of the recruiting process, including updating job descriptions and postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records.

Our lived experience impacts how we self-assess our skills, experience, and qualifications. Some responsibilities and skills are teachable and can be learned on the job. If you can imagine yourself in this position, bringing value to our students and community and meeting most of what we are looking for, please apply.
