Adhere to Quality Control & Process Control requirements to recognize and address any issues that result in underperformance of the cell's ability or customer non-satisfaction. Participate in planning meetings. Work will be performed at client’s office site. • Able to audit, and mentor others in parts inspection work. Prefer 6-Sigma or ISO:9001 experience. • Able to supervise and lead a team of 4-6 persons working part inspection and material handling. Including managing attendance, performance, and approving timesheets. Must have experience with the dynamics of managing people in a manufacturing type environment. • Must have familiarity with gas turbine aircraft engine parts.
