HR Manager

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and recruitment and selection. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- ABA company
- Manage the employee relations function, including handling employee grievances and disputes
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and deliver training and development programs
- Recruit and select new employees
- Manage the performance management process
- Conduct employee surveys and research
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $150k/Year
