Sporting Events Coordinator

Step into the exciting world of sports event coordination from the comfort of your home. In this role, you'll be the architect of unforgettable experiences, helping clients curate and customize their trips to attend live sporting events. No prior experience is necessary; all you need is a passion for creating memorable moments and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:

    • Connect with clients through various communication channels to understand their event preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
    • Use probing questions to identify specific event requirements and expectations.

  2. Event Itinerary Design:

    • Craft personalized event itineraries, including transportation, accommodation options, and activities, tailored to clients' preferences.

  3. Custom-Tailored Events:

    • Design unique and custom-tailored events based on clients' requests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.

  4. Logistics Coordination:

    • Assist clients in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
    • Coordinate reservations and provide clients with detailed event plans.

  5. Guidance and Support:

    • Offer guidance on necessary arrangements and logistics, ensuring clients feel confident and well-prepared for their sports event experience.
    • Address any event-related issues or emergencies, providing timely solutions and support.

  6. Client Relationships:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized attention.
    • Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • No Previous Experience Required: While previous experience in event planning is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected event-related issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation and a passion for creating memorable events.
  • Technical Requirements: Access to a laptop, smartphone, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Education: 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
