People & Organization Coordinators are seasonal team members responsible for helping with all human resources-related tasks, including but not limited to high-volume seasonal recruitment, training, records management, uniform management, scheduling, employee events, and helping to maintain positive employee relations. Position Overview: This position is for a SEASONAL role at Lake Compounce. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Review and phone screen applicants using a pre-set interview guide, providing feedback to hiring managers for review. Distribute team member uniforms and keep track of inventory. Create team member ID badges and name tags. Schedule team member orientations, ensuring all team members complete the program. Using Workday, hire all employees and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed prior to new hire orientation. Assist with the coordination of team member events. Respond to team member inquiries via phone and email. Distribute paychecks on a bi-weekly basis and answer inquiries related to pay. Assist with scheduling departments using our scheduling platform, Quinyx. Copying, filing, and various other duties as assigned. Professionally represent Lake Compounce to all applicants and team members. Qualifications: Experience with high-volume, hourly recruitment highly desired. Must possess the ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must have highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be capable of performing work independently and handling sensitive materials. Must exude professionalism at all times with guests, team members, management, and human resources contacts. Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be fluent in English. Must have flexible schedule availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends. Working Conditions: Ability to frequently lift, carry, or otherwise move items and boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
