Position Description
A
s an Associate Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
Enter customer orders and understand the Customer Relations team's processes.
Comprehend and comply with safety rules and company policies.
Work directly with external customers as well as Applied Medical internal departments, such as Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping.
Assist with other tasks and projects, as needed.
Position Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
Bachelor's degree.
More than one year of customer service experience in a call center setting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred
The following skills and attributes are preferred:
Experience with
Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP).
