WHO WE ARE:
STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.
STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:
· The PM shall be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.
Demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing the offeror’s proposed methodologies and complex projects/operations of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced in this solicitation to include manpower utilization, procurement, standards, training, problem resolution, employee relations (including subcontractors, cost, budget, and managing to milestones).
Demonstrated experience with the management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope to this solicitation.
Demonstrated experience in working with the DoD and/or AF leadership and knowledgeable in FD and SL training and development.
Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.
Demonstrated experience identifying user requirements; translating the requirements into project plans and milestones; directing and implementing plans; and presenting formal project status/plan briefings to the Government managers.
Demonstrated experience working in complex environments with multiple POCs.
Demonstrated experience responding to short notice requests and suspense’s.
Qualifications:
· It is mandatory that the PM has and be capable of documenting the following demonstrated specialized experience and/or knowledge with a minimum of five years of experience
· Must be PMP Certified
