As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, youll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Alongside customer counterparts, youll tackle mission-critical and complex problems were way beyond turn it off and on again issues. Youll need to diagnose the problem, identify a solution, and manage the implementation of the solution, sometimes across multiple physical locations and stakeholders.
