If you love interacting with people and you’re interested in new opportunities, career growth, and a positive, fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere About Company: We are a growing and progressive real estate team based in York, PA with collaboration partners across the United States.
