Job Description:Global Director, Strategic Sourcing Digital Technologies (IT)As a Global Director, Strategic Sourcing at Mars, you will be accountable for building and implementing the software category strategy, as well as closely business partnering with the Mars Snacking CIO and Technology Corporate Functions CIO (and their teams) for all of their commercial needs. This role will also sit on the Digital Technologies Commercial Lead Team and will play a vital role in driving the overall DT Commercial team forward.What are we looking for?Extensive IT negotiation experience and skillA passion for Line Management, coaching, and guiding Associates to be the best they can be.Strong business partnership skillsExcellent communication and storytelling abilityA passion for driving value for our business by leveraging various sourcing channels.
