This team owns a security-based API that ensures code is secure before being approved to move into production. There will be a scorecard sent to the Application Owner on whether the code did or did not pass, and then it's up to the Application Owner to take action from there. They are needing a strong software engineer to assist with the maintenance of this API, as well as to assist with new features, enhancements and integrations into new areas. You will be joining a team of nine and collaborating with other developers, testers, etc. You'll be responsible for guiding direction of the team, helping them stay disciplined and on deadline, and assisting with bug fixes and code reviews.

An ideal candidate will have an extensive background in building API's for web applications using .NET Core, as well as Cloud experience - preferably Azure. There is also a front-end development component, so experience with JS Frameworks (VueJS, Angular or NodeJS) would be great. If you feel that you could be a fit, keep reading and apply

*Day-To-Day Responsibilities:*

* Accountable for the architecture, development and unit testing for the API
* The developer is responsible for designing and communicating proposed solutions to business and technical requirements
* The developer is an integral part of the Scrum Team and is an active collaborator with testers and other developers
* The Senior Full Stack Engineer is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management
* Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction
* Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments

*What do you need:*

* 3-5+ years' experience with full-stack software development
* Experience with .NET Core, MVC, C#, REST APIs, and Databases (SQL Server, NoSQL/MongoB)
* Experience with JS Frameworks (VueJS, Angular, NodeJS), and CSS
* Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP would be okay too)
* Oriented Architecture (SOA), Object Oriented Principles, and Continuous Improvement Processes
* Experience in securing APIs using modern methodologies
* Solid experience in writing scalable, stateless applications and APIs
* Experienced in writing unit and integration tests
