- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and profitability. Monitor and analyze financial performance, making strategic adjustments as needed. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations related to tree care. Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and safety standards. Obtain necessary permits and licenses for operations.
- Community Engagement: Represent the company in the community and industry events. Build positive relationships with local authorities and environmental organizations. Participate in initiatives that contribute to the community's well-being.
- Minimum 7 years in a senior management role, preferably in the tree care or landscaping industry.
- Experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operations management.
- Strong knowledge of tree care practices, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
