Consult with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Help estimate costs for HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation projects. Coordinate technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process. Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment with client needs. Collaborate with the team to create compelling, accurate, and detailed proposals and present them to clients. Review and finalize proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment on all aspects. Document activities and convey information to the rest of the team. Maintain appropriate contact with customers at all levels, especially decision makers. Manage the client experience by effectively communicating with other team members. Stay informed about industry advancements and best practices. WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD: Proven track record of successful sales in the commercial HVAC industry or similar field. Understanding of HVAC systems and applications in commercial settings is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong desire to learn. Apply for job
