Summary of Responsibilities: Provide STRS Ohio members and benefit recipients information regarding features of their STRS Ohio retirement benefits via virtual and in-person conferences. Calculate benefit estimates including, but not limited to service retirement benefits, disability benefits, and the purchase of service credit. Respond to written correspondence, telephone inquiries, email, and publication requests to promote a better understanding and awareness of the System's benefit provisions. Conduct group benefit information meetings. Requires travel approximately 25% of the time; overnight stays, evenings, and non-regular work hours to meet business needs. Excellent work record of attendance, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet business needs.
