**Job Title: Robotic Welding Operator****Job Description**We are seeking a dedicated Robotic Welding Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all robotically automated welding cells. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of all automated cells. You will also conduct part inspections, handle non-conforming part quarantine and labeling, and record accurate job progress data (both handwritten as well as through ERP system). In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn hand welding if you show promise and want to acquire those skills. This position offers potential for growth, depending on workload and team performance.**Hard Skills**+ Robotic welder operation+ Job setup on all cells+ Efficient production operation+ Troubleshooting of faults during automated production+ Part inspections+ Non-conforming part quarantine and labeling+ Accurate job progress data recording**Soft Skills**+ Ability to recognize defects in welds+ Ability to spot check welds+ Ability to stop production if parts are created wrong+ Willingness to learn hand welding**Work Environment**You will be working in a sheet metal facility housed in large, climate-controlled warehouses. Our first shift operates from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays when applicable. We start new hires on Mondays for group orientation. The team size is approximately 35 for the first shift. Uniform shirts will be provided a few weeks after your start date.
