Job Description:

Responsible for managing and providing the SME level support for IAM Services and infrastructure.

Desired Experience on the RedHat Linux Operating System hosted In–house & Cloud Infrastructure.

Better understanding on the Web and Application middleware components. ( IBM HTTPWebserver, Websphere , Apache, Tomcat )

Webservices experience SOAP, REST and testing tools Postman and Soap UI

Prior experience on any of the DevOps Tools for automation and monitoring . (Ansible, Splunk, AppDyanamics, Sensu, JIRA, RLM, IBM Tivoli)

Provide the Level 3 support . In understanding the Technical solutions to support the client Integrations and rolling out higher environments.

Knowledge on the Mobile, Web and Server API Interfaces.

Database experience will be helpful (Oracle, LDAP , MongoDB)

Any Ticketing tools (Service Now).
