Pay: $16/hr
Shift: 6am - 6pm rotating OR 6:30a-4:40p M-F w/ 1 Saturday shift per month
DescriptionInterviews patient/patient representative to confirm demographic, financial and clinical information
Performs insurance eligibility verification for specific services
Facilitates copay collection conversations with patients
Ensures complete and accurate demographic collection in a timely manner
2+ years of customer service
Highly empathetic and compassionate
