What you'll do Own end to end recruitment cycle for mid-senior level hiring Work closely with business leaders to manage expectations and business outcomes Implement interview processes, structure panel interviews, build out appropriate exercises, and briefs that assess candidate competencies against CSS job profiles Implement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at CSS Utilize CSS tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics/strategy and maximize success Own hiring manager relationships What we're looking for A minimum of 3 years recruiting in sales, operations or corporate hiring.
