These initiatives are achieved by providing the highest level of customer service and complying with all company policies, procedures and directives.SALES GENERATIONMeet sales goalsUtilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performanceDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of merchandiseAfter closing a sale, monitor all details including: shipping, alterations (if applicable) and special requests to ensure customer satisfactionComply with all sales related policies and proceduresMaintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends CUSTOMER SERVICEProvide the highest level of customer service to each customerBuild and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client bookResolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfactionOPERATIONSKeep sales floor and merchandise neat, organized and stockedAssist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floorAssist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies and all shipping/ receiving related paperworkParticipate in inventoriesComply with all Point-of-Sale policies and proceduresProperly execute all relevant register functionsAdhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendanceParticipate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by store managementQualifications:Minimum 2 years of retail experience a plusStrong personal selling and customer relations experienceMust have flexible availability as per business needWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/VetAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
