Description Position at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Full-time Float Patient Coordinator (40 hrs/week) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic This is a unique opportunity to support a few of our clinics in the Charlottesville area in a floating capacity. Please note you will work at whichever clinic has coverage needs, so will not have to work at multiple sites in one day. Our Charlottesville clinics are located on Pantops Mountain Rd, Ivy Rd, Timberwood Blvd, and Ruckersville (Greene). Pay: $16.00 to $18.00/hr plus bonuses (up to $2,400 a year) Who is Ivy Rehab? About the Opportunity: Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics. They are working collaboratively with their teammates to ensure the clinic is running efficiently. Our PCs have a direct impact on our patient's overall experience and are providing world class customer service. The day-to-day functions include scheduling new and current patient appointments, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting co-pays / other balances, and helping the clinic maintain exceptional performance.
