Today the Company employs nearly 2,050 team members in over 95 locations across the United States.Summary:Description of Responsibilities1. Manage operations, administrative, and quality staff to optimize internal processes and day-to-day field work efficiency2. Multisite facility and employee relations management of PA, Iowa, Idaho and Colorado locations3. Manage company performance to annual budget and engage with corporate leadership as necessary to review P&L, general ledger, and balance sheets4. Manage day-to-day planning of in-shop responsibilities for all departments5. Manage mentorship and growth goals of company leadership6. Manage all capital projects from initial planning to final implementation7. Coordinate work schedule for in-house liquid petroleum meter calibration department8. Facilitate master service agreement (MSA) negotiations with major oil company customers9. Facilitate company compliance with OSHA and all customer required 3rd party agencies (DISA, Veriforce, ISNetworld)10. Facilitate annual performance review process for all company employees11. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable departments12. Assist with employee on-boarding and training13. Maintain vendor relationships and pricing of key meter assemblies for resale to customers14. Attend corporate networking and tradeshow events as requiredQualificationsPrerequisites of Position1. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Business and/or 15+ years of industry specific experience2. 5+ years of people management experience3. 3+ years of project management experience4. Proficient knowledge of meter proving technologies, calibration methods, and industry specific standards (HB44)5. Experience with greenfield and brownfield geographic expansions6.
